We are thrilled to announce that QA Technology Company, Inc. is now an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This significant transition in ownership ensures the long-term success and stability of our company, allowing us to continue delivering the highest level of service and the best products in the industry to our valued customers.
David Coe will remain President of QA Technology, overseeing day-to-day operations and decision-making. Both David and Steve Kayal, our General Manager, will serve on our Board of Directors as well. (The board makes strategic policies and decisions.)
